Connection was founded by David Kobrin, a professional
firefighter and real estate broker from
South Florida

Kobrin's searched through Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
They found all the items on their list and more in Tennessee.
They bought an amazing creek front property on 5 acres of land.
Pretty soon thereafter they also purchased a four bedroom home
on over two acres of land near a beautiful lake. The Kobrin's
rented this home during the summer and were able to cover all of
their expenses of ownership. They went on to purchase several
acres of land with views, waterfalls, creeks and geological
wonders. The prices were unbelievable. They could not help but
bring their friends and family to share the secret that they had
uncovered in Tennessee. Within a year, everyone of their
extended family had purchased their own dream property in
Tennessee.
