How long will it take to design my web site?
The design turnaround
is obviously heavily dependant on the project scope, however, it
is also dependant on client response. More often than not,
waiting on client approvals, or logos or copy is what stalls the
design process more often than any other single factor. Our
typical turnaround is between 2-4 weeks.

Why are template designs cheaper than custom web site designs?
Template designs are
pre-created designs that are sold repeatedly. Both custom
website design and template websites have their own pros and

Do I own the website when it is done?
Yes, upon final
payment, we will put all source files in your website in a
folder "sources". This will allow you to add pages to your site
in the future and it gives you ownership of the design.

8. Do you
require my input in the design?
The reality is that
we will never know your industry like you do. For all projects,
we require that the client designate an internal resource as the
Project Manager. It is critical that the client provide this
single point of contact and decision-making authority in order
to ensure the timely and effective development of the new
website. While many voices within the client may contribute to
the vision of the online marketing campaign, it will be the the
clients Project Manager that will synthesize these voices into a
clear directive that can be communicated to Zenith Marketing.
